Cleanliness.

The apartment is in a very good location in Bergamo. It is only half an hour walk to the old town. The keys were handed over smoothly, exactly as instructed, they were stored in a safety deposit box. The host was very accommodating and provided us with accommodation two hours earlier than the time stated on the website. We were supposed to have breakfast included, only after informing the owner were we delivered a bag with brioches, cookies, rusks and coffee capsules. But we had to write about it.

The apartment is very tiny, it's difficult to move around in the toilet. The bidet cannot be used due to the small space. The shower pressure was fluctuating, alternating between hot and cold water. There were very few dishes in the accommodation, small spoons were missing and there was not even a bottle opener. The floors were not very well cleaned. You needed slippers. The bed was not very comfortable for us, very soft mattress. There were foreign hairs on the blanket. We were cold in the evening, the heating was set to 19 degrees, but it was cold there. Wifi was not available at all.

Location was great. Also the place was clean and the bed comfortable.

Bathroom a tad too small. The bidet wasnt really accessible.

Cleaner forgot to clean the condom plastic from before people who occupated this house...

Everything. The location was quiet, public transport was near, shops were close. All was perfect.

When I called about keys, manager didn't speak English, so I was worried about how to communicate next.
