Very beautiful!

Good location, close to the buses, shop and Citta Alta (about 15 min walk to Funicolare). Good instructions to self check-in. Small but nice balkony.

Small space in the bathroom around the toilet. There was no bigger knife or cutting board. Water kettle should be cleaned or change.

Amazing location, clean and fuss-free (you get your keys from a key safe). Great for a short stay in Bergamo as it’s near all the sights but quiet and quaint. Suited my needs perfectly.

Provide more cooking utensils - I booked self-catering for a reason so it would have been nice to have basics like a dishcloth. Also some little extras (e.g. washing powder for the washing machine, some condiments) would make things a lot easier.

Perfect apartment, great location, clean, great hot water and pressure, and in tip top condition. Feels like staying in a friend's home.

The overuse of scents was too much.

Beautiful little apartment perfect for a little break in Bergamo. Picking up the keys was very easy and they agreed to let us stay an hour or two later.

A little overpriced but so is most accommodation in Bergamo. It would also be useful if the instructions for the boiler were a little clearer.
