Super 8 by Wyndham Pigeon Forge-Emert St

The hotel was close to Dollywood. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was mostly clean.

The carpet needed a good shampooing.

Loved the shower and the bed was comfortable

The room was very damp. The elevator sound like it was going to break down any minute and location was bad , you couldn't hardly see it from the road and breakfast was not good at all.

I like that it was comfortable and clean

I didn't like that the pool was always in the shade so it made the pool cold

The room was clean and the bathroom as well. A/C worked great. Convenient to get around town.

Elevator was a little scary. It groaned going up and down. Front staff was ok but not very personable.

We have been staying at Super 8 Wyndham for over 15 years, and never a problem. It was a Mother’s Day gift. Anyway we decided to stay another night. I knew the rates would be a little higher being a Friday, but my gosh, to double the night! I thought that was just wrong, because they knew they could get it.😪😪 May 10-14

We loved the hotel, that’s why we keep going back. Everything has always been wonderful. But I’m pretty sure we will be looking for another place to stay. I have bragged on Super 8 to all of our friends and family. There is not a bad thing I could say before. A lot of referrals come from word of mouth . But, I m sorry, that’s not the case here. You would have thought that being a return guess, they could help out a little. I have never given a bad review on anything, but this deserves one. I just wanted to vent a little, after all we have been staying there for 15 years or a little longer.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Staff were very nice and easy to talk to checking in and checking out was very easy.

Only thing that we did not care for was we were beside someone who had dogs that barked when you would come back to your room or leave and would bark nearly all night long at every little thing.
