Super 8 by Wyndham Pigeon Forge-Emert St

It was on the first floor as we requested due to physical disabilities.

We called when we booked and messaged them as well about needing to be on the first floor and to make sure that they knew that we were traveling with our 2 yorkies. Not once did they tell us that we would be charged $15 per day per dog to stay there. So right out of the gate there was an additional $134 in fees. The lady at the front desk was asked over and over what the fees would be and finally answered us after about 10 minutes. She was extremely rude. Our room stank. We ended up immediately going to buy cleaning supplies and lysol to clean the room. Noise all night long. Slamming doors people talking. The bed felt like we were laying on the floor. The smell of weed everywhere. The employees reaked of it and had themselves and people going in and out of a room on the 2nd floor night and day. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable there. The people staying a few doors down from us were also told they had to leave a few days early because of a booking issue so they had to go find somewhere else to stay. We did get our deposit back and a check for $33 for the pet refund, but the card we used to pay for the room, a card we rarely use has been compromised and we started getting fraud alerts on both cards we used there and have $700 in fraudulent charges used on the card we paid for the room with. We have had to cancel our cards, our bank account got frozen because of this. None of this happened until we used the card at Super8. It was a horrible vacation and we have stayed here before and it was very nice. It is no longer clean, comfortable or family friendly. Also there was a huge step up to get into the "handicapped" shower/tub. Definitely this hotel needs to address staff and cleaning issues. A complete disappointment and we had recommended others to stay there based on previous visits. Never again.

The first floor accommodations were a downturn we are not used to that we always get second floor

We booked it last minute. Also, we were traveling with our dog. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay!

The entrance to the hotel from the main road could be marked a bit more clearly.

Very close to Dollywood.

It's kinda hidden, but it is a gem!!

the rooms were very clean and the smell was pleasant. the beds were oooh so comfy and the pillows were amazing! The only thing i would change about the bedding would be the bed spread. the breakfast was very tasty and full filling. 8 wil be making this motel 8 on emert st m6 stay from now on when i come back in town for the F 100 ford truck show.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast setup was nice with a reasonable amount of options considering the available space. Everything was clean.

That it was pet friendly

The property was well maintenance great Location staff was super friendly, super helpful would definitely stay here again.
