The television was in Spanish but We were in Spain so it is a very slight dislike

From before even arriving, Maria was in touch asking did I need anything including transport. Day before arrival, I got all the information needed and how to get there and how to get in. Once I got there, Maria met me on arrival and got to leave my luggage at the office as the room wasn’t ready and got my keys. I then got a message to say it was ready and my luggage was in the room. The cleanest apartment I’ve ever been in, a chocolate bar, sweet, pastries, bottle of water and even a beer in the fridge for my arrival. All condiments, cutlery, plates, cups and everything you can think of in the drawers and cupboards. Bed was super comfy, tv in the sitting room with access to YouTube. Just up the hill from old town and a short walk to the new town. Shorter walk to the shopping centre. Got a message about asking what time suited me to changed the towels. Changed towels and bedsheets half way through and had clothes folded on my bed when I returned. An unbelievable service, great apartment, clean, comfy and an all round excellent set up. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. 11/10!

Posizione eccellente sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che per muoversi facilmente da Puerto del Carmen. Alloggio confortevole, pratico, ben curato e pulito. Sono presenti tutti i comfort necessari per un buon soggiorno. L’assenza di aria condizionata non è stata un problema (ho soggiornato a Luglio) dal momento che la notte la temperatura scende. Nelle vicinanze della struttura il parcheggio si trova senza problemi. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto premuroso. Sono arrivata tre giorni più tardi rispetto alla mia prenotazione per problemi con i voli e lo staff si è sempre mantenuto in contatto con me per rendere il mio arrivo il più confortevole possibile.
