Great location. 5 minutes walk from the port and nearest beach. 1 minute from the bus stop, a supermarket, a bar, a cafe, and a Mexican restaurant. Also, good WiFi

Nowhere to sit outside at all and no pool, but I booked it knowing that as I was only using the apartment as a base

Nothing! It was amazing.

Good location: Bars, restaurants nearby. Good shop next to apartments.Bus stops for PDC central, Arrecife, Playa Blanca etc very close. Nice walk down to PDC, beaches, the old town and harbour. The weather was pretty warm end of March and quite nice as not too hot, a little rain though. Good selection of TV channels, UK channels are there. Plenty of Spanish channels too which I found myself watching a little too. Bed very comfie. Clean and nice apartment. Nicely decorated. Maybe another painting or something. Good shower. Place is very quiet so no noisy nights. Good security.

The walk up the hill ( sometimes lol )but it is good exercise but buses, taxis cheap and handy if coming from a few kilometres away. I think there may be parking space if driving but didn't ask as I used public transport. Maybe a few more kitchen utensils like a cutting board, tea spoons etc maybe a teapot too! Didn't really cook but good hob there, good microwave.Fridge maybe a little quieter but it is a one bed apartment and big fridges tend to hum a little lol and a fridge is essential.

It was easy to collect the keys, good location, and the stay was overall pleasant however, I was shocked to receive a message two weeks after I left the apartment asking me to pay a fee of €250 for damages I did not make or even recognized! I contacted booking.com and I sorted this out but the host has lied about excessive damages and other incidents like scratches on the walls that have nothing to do with me as I left the flat in a good condition including washing dishes, collecting towels and bedding as well as rubbish. She listed the below shocking damages, but if they were true, she would contact me directly on the day as she said goodbye to me as I was leaving, and she was in touch with me on WhatsApp prior to that. ‘To begin with, both the bedroom and living room walls had stains and scratches. - The kitchen was absolutely full of grease. You hit a corner of the wall and the paint and plaster came off. - The floor was covered in dirt, which they had to clean on their knees and with a scouring pad, since it didn't come out with the mop. - And most important of all, you have scratched the vitroceramic with a knife. Vitroceramic that we will have to change, and that is being requested from you for its payment, €200 For 3 nights, the truth is you have not left the house in good condition at all. So all that is what has been claimed from booking, and it will not be just €50 since the amount claimed is more. The €50 is for the paint, plaster and cleaning repairs that they charged me more for, because of all the dirt there was.‘
