The concierge contact throughout the stay was highly responsive. The property was beautiful. It was walking distance to so many shops and restaurants.

Lovely

The room was an overwhelming beige but comfortable and cozy enough for a short getaway. Parking was easy, the minimal-effort checkin/checkout very nice, and the rooftop garden was lovely to spend time on.

Exceptionally clean room with spacious bathroom, a lot of cabinet storage, and kitchenette facilities. Slippers, makeup wipes, boxed water, coffee / tea selection, and locking safe are all nice amenities. The bed was firm but comfortable. Exterior rooms get plenty of sunshine and the skylight provided additional natural light. It was the cleanliness of the room that was the highlight though. Everything was spotless and immaculate which was soooo appreciated.

This is an apt hotel. It has the space and comforts you need while on the road. The room we were in had a full kitchen which was great to have a meal or two so you don’t need to always need to be in restaurants

I travel to Santa Barbara on business for a few days three or four times a year. This is the best place I’ve found to stay so far. Very clean, modern with cooking facilities. Well located for both State Street and the freeway. Bed is comfortable, shower is good and WiFi works. No reception, you are given a code to get into your room prior to arrival, but the team are very quick to respond to e-mail. Can’t fault this place.
