L’ambiance camp et le feu le soir ! Les tentes confortables. Le resto sympa avec sa proposition de faire des barbecues devant la tente !

La situation des toilettes et douches un peu loin de nos tentes, difficiles à trouver sans trébucher durant la nuit

Magnifique vue et très jolies tentes tout confort.

Tente donc on entend tout ( voisins). Réveillée par lumière du jour. Petit dejeuner sommaire. On ne nous a pas informés que le restaurant fermait à 8h30 donc pas de dîner le soir.

La vue lac + volcan

C’est vétuste - il y a des mouches partout - salle de bain pas propre (pas comme sur les photos) je me suis douchée en tongs - taches sur les draps - restaurant qui dépanne car c’est perdu dans la pampa mais pas de bonne qualité. Nous avons voulu faire un tour privé pour monter le mont batur : ils ne comprennent pas bien l’anglais et nous ont dit « oui oui bien sûr , résultat : groupe de 7 personnes….

We liked the concept, the evening fire and the view!

It needs maintenance. The furniture by the bed were lacking the handles at the drawers so it was almost impossible to open. Once I finally could open one I found small animal poop inside. This should have been checked prior to a guest arrival. The sofa had a burnt mark as if it was from a cigarette. The wall sconces in the bathroom didn’t have any bulbs in, so the light was poor at night down there. The decorative pillows and blanket were smelly, and should be washed from time to time. All the above is basically maintenance issue and attention to detail. I’m sharing it so that this can be improved in the future. That being said we still enjoyed our stay a lot and will probably come back! Thank you

The view could not be faulted it was incredibly stunning.

We didn't end up staying the night, because in the first 10mins of looking around our room. There were ants in our bed a big spider ran up my husband's leg and there was a hole in our fly screen so the flies (which they warn you about could get in) When we looked at the outdoor bath it also had bird poo in it. We love camping do it often but this was far from glamping..

The view is incredible and also the Gede Tents are really comfortable. Also the food was really good and the room service option is amazing when you’re just looking to relax and enjoy yourself in peace :) I had a little challenge with my first room but the staff tried to handle it well and I got a better room after that, which is a good sign for customer service.

The first tent I booked was not it. Too many flies, the bathroom was stinking and it wasn’t dirty. Also the road to the hotel is not fixed, so when you drive by scooter it can be challenging. I

La vue sur la Caldera, le Batur et le lac est vraiment incroyable. Le restaurant est très bien et le buffet du petit déjeuner plus que correct. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Super emplacement en face du volcan et du lac, super concept le camping aménagé. La tranquillité du camping. Un bon accueil du personnel

Je n'avais pas d'eau une matinée, il faut refaire la route menant au camping. Revoir le nettoyage (cheveux dans la literie)
