Ótima localização , a 2 min a pé da estação de metro Bilbao. Apartamento bastante grande , cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários. Supermercado Lidl mesmo em frente.

O colchão do quarto principal precisa de ser trocado, faz muito barulho ao deitar mas é confortável.

La ubicación

Experiencia pésima. El piso es un auténtico despropósito: suelos a doble altura incómodos, puertas de cristal translúcidas que ni se pueden llamar puertas, y sin persianas en ninguna parte (si quieres dormir, tráete antifaz y tapones). El cuarto pequeño es claustrofóbico y encima tenía una televisión vieja metida en una caja enorme ocupando medio espacio. La habitación grande tampoco se salva: cortinas sucias y armario mal montado, con las puertas mal colocadas que impedían abrir bien los cajones. La televisión apenas coge canales, el baño olía fatal, la ducha rota y la cama de matrimonio ridículamente pequeña y chirriante. Por si fuera poco, el check-out es un engaño: pone que es a las 11, pero a las 9 ya nos habían bloqueado el acceso y nadie contestaba al teléfono de “urgencias”, que además está solo en inglés. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Location is perfect. Shower pressure is good.

1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 4 days. 2 teeny pieces of soap in bathroom. Not enough towels. 1 bath towel and one hand towel per person. 1 bath Matt and a shower that leaked into the bathroom with every shower. Filthy courtyard off entrance way and balconies that had never been swept. I looked for a broom but only found the bottom of the broom, no handle. I cleaned the balcony floors so we could open the windows. Clock doesn’t work, none of the lamps in living room work. 2nd bedroom is a large closet with 2 hangars. No top sheet on either bed. Hopefully the cleaners wash the duvet covers. Mattress in master bedroom squeaky and saggy. No coffee capsules in the place. Didn’t even know what kind to buy so machine never used. 3 forks and 3 knives in cutlery drawer. But positive was the fact there were 2 corkscrews. Cigarette butts on balcony floors and in the balcony off the kitchen and second bedroom. No soap dish in bathroom. Damp smell in place . Drawers under bathroom sink were filthy and had not been cleaned for awhile. Pillow cases in second room not sewn at one end. One pillow in second room -2 would be appreciated. 80 Euros to clean seems high when apparently the cleaners cant sweep the floors and obviously don’t clean anything not immediately visible. The owner should have someone check the work after the place is “cleaned”. Also the instructions to get into the place are a mess. The instructions should be simplelified and all 3 phone numbers given on our confirmation did not work. Thankfully some nice building owners came to our rescue.

ottima posizione casa ben arredata e pulita diciamo che eravamo pure contralissimi con tutti i servizi attivi . procedura apertura porte top potevi uscire senza chiave senza nessun problema

ovviamente non e' colpa dell'host ma stavano rifacendo la facciata e i sensori di allarme della facciata appena ti affcciavi suonavano una sirena assurda . televisore datato ho chiesto un cambio dentro una scatola abbiamo trovato un samsung ma non ci siamo fidati di aprirlo e installarlo .

Estaba muy bien equipado, la zona era genial y todo prácticamente nuevo

La habitación pequeña no tenia ni ventilador y la llave automática de la puerta no inspira seguridad

Clean, great location

TV is broken, picture is blue and not clear. Glass bedroom doors..... wtf ? (doesn't keep light out..) Thin cheap curtains do not keep the lights out from the stairs... so when people are using the stairs, bedrooms light up keeping you awake.. on and off all night! Main bed is like a canoe... old and well used.

Good location

The bathroom drains had issues and we couldn't use it. The bad smell was getting to other rooms as well and our clothes. So, we had to pack clothes back in our bags. We complained about the issue soon after we checked in and they tried to fix it after almost 24 hours. However, the stench would return occasionally again

It was very close to Sol and the major districts of the central part of Madrid

There was a permanent smell in the bathroom which was more intense in the mornings. The beds were not very comfortable.

Comfortable and nicely decorated apartment. Great location.

When I booked this apartment I thought we got a good deal (the price) but apparently we need to pay extra here and there. Washing machine is listed as facility but it’s defect. Had we known that we have to do laundry outside we’d book somewhere else. If you stay more than 2 days get ready to buy a set of toilet paper, liquid to wash dishes, soap and garbage bag. We did and left everything there. They gave us one dishwasher tab, although there was no dishwasher. Check in was complicated. After some messages(before the trip) they agreed to give us key (which is turned out to be helpful cause their locking system was down). I picked up the key in 40 degree scorching Madrid. We entered the apartment and there was no electricity. The emergency number is useless, it takes ages until someone pick it up and when they do, one can barely understand what she’s saying. The guy behind the SMS or messaging is way more helpful than the emergency number. Second bedroom is small and hot.
