Bilbao metro stop was half a block away. The local supermarket was directly across from the apartment which was cery convenenient Hot water for showers was in plentiful supply Excellent cupboard storage for clothes in the main bedroom I really liked having a pinpad for apartment entry plus a set of keys for the building entrance. Essential for someone like me w/out a Smart phone. Quick responses and good communication with the management company

Pillows are harder than I am used to. Shower was great but needs the divertor valve repaired so that the handheld shower is available for washing feet.

Good location, spacious apartment, the staff responds quickly.

The shower is broken, no dishwasher, thin glass doors in bedrooms, the double bed is narrow (140 cm).

The location. A spacious living room.

A smell of drainage from the bathroom. Broken cupboard door in the bedroom. Hard pillows. It would have been good to have had more glasses and crockery. A very early check-out, the cleaners were due to come from 0815am onwards. Late communication about where to return the key (to a central nearby pick up point).

Spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed. Perfect location. Close to Metro Stations and walking distance to many places of interest. Excellent stores nearby for food & other commodities for the apartment plus many restaurants.

"Nice experience & well located"

It has space, living room and full kitchen. Very independent property and warm in winter. Definetly will came back again. Perfect location.

No blankets in the sofa. Felt it a bit empty. Windows to the interior patio are a bit light at night when someone comes into the building. It will light the whole bedroom. Need black curtains.
