The room was spacious and staff was very nice and cooperative people

Staff’s behavior was horrible. We arrived around 10:30 PM and proceeded to check in with no issues, the next morning another receptionist was covering the shift and started to insist that me and my friend could not be in the same room, but this was never mentioned the night before. Then he proceeded to say the guesthouse was fully booked and we could not extend our stay - of course this was a lie as the house was empty until the day of our check out. Moreover he said he had to flag the fact me and my friend were staying in the same room to the police to which we replied that it was no problem and he could call them and also to call his boss. For some reason he said that he’s not allowed to call his boss (???). It was not easy to communicate with nine of the staff as none spoke English. Also we had to ask them to turn down the volume of their smartphones at night as they would just sit on the stairs (very close to our room) watching tik toks very loudly not caring about guests sleeping. But what takes the cake is the fact that on the night of our check out, while we were sleeping around 3AM we hear loud noises coming from the corridor and then someone tries to push our door and open it several times - luckily it was locked. Basically some tourists arrived in the middle of the nights and started to roam around freely opening doors and shouting. I got scared as I was fully asleep. KEEP YOIR GUESTS AT THE RECEPTION AND LEARN WHAT HOSPITALITY MEANS. Never again in this place.
