The owner/manager I communicated with from the beginning was a very kind person, willing to help and very communicative, so it felt really good. When we finally arrive (after a long road trip) the person welcome us didn't speak any English so it was a bit difficult to communicate, but we managed and we got our room. However, the room didn't feature when we had seen in the description, which was a balcony with garden view. There was a window overlooking the wall separating the neighbours, so we keep asking and the guy took us to the roof, where there was a large terrace (and yes, overlooking the garden) so we were highly confused. The room has AC and a fan, very welcoming for the summer heat, so a great blessings. It was clean and neat. The location is in the main road (it's really quiet, though) and close to Blue area and many markets and amenities. Breakfast is served in the room upon ordering it (paratha and omelette, with tea or coffee) Owner was very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to stay a bit longer as i felt awfully sick and could barely move after a really bad night (stomach problems). Grateful for the understanding and support.

We felt a bit confused comparing the description with the real room. Some bits seemed to be missing (ensure the features are clearly matching). We couldn't get hot water upon arrival (and we had a 18 hour drive) so we asked and a bucket was delivered to us, so we could have a warm shower. Adding a small "wiper" for the bathroom will also help keeping it clean and dry (as suggestion). In general we were comfortable and grateful for the kindness.
