My daughter and grandchildren had to wait an hour and a half outside to get in. They had to call a locksmith. The owner said he would give me a discount but as of yet I don’t see it.

General location in city is great. Price is ok.

Unit is located in the 2nd fl of an apt building in a run down neighborhood. Couch is cute but not comfortable at all. 2 person kitchen table was not adequate. Whole unit and furnishings remind me of a college dorm or a teenage space. I would say it's pretty bare bones.

It was a quaint place off the beaten path.

Two of the beds were not super comfortable. I could feel the springs in the queen. The twin was squishy and loud with any movement. The lighting was quite harsh. Not enough seating in the living room for 4 people. The walls are so thin we could hear the neighbors talking in low voices.

The apartment was nicely appointed. Very clean and comfortable. Located very close to Busch Gardens and less than 10 miles from Raymond James Stadium.

The outside area and neighborhood was less than desired.

It is close from Busch Gardens Park.

Great location and very comfortable.

Needs towel rods or hooks in bathroom. Also, needs a toaster.
