This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was close to everything in Tampa. It is a no frills apartment. But it is 100% as advertised and a good value. Jay was great to work with and the process was seamless.

It was very clean and close to Brush Garden and the beds were very comfortable.

The furniture in the living room were uncomfortable.

"Great Value and comfortable apartment"

Pictures were exactly as advertised. It was great having the extra space for my family of 4 fully grown humans. We had one issue with the coffee maker, and it was corrected immediately :)

We were caught off guard at the amount of cars parked on the streets. We thought noise would have been an issue, but it was NOT an issue at all!
