Spacious 3-Bed Lodge with Hot Tub Near Waterpark and Trails

A well equipped, spacious lodge with the extra added bonus of a hot tub on the balcony. Bedding and towels included, with a parking space directly opposite. It was amazing to be able to sit in the hot tub looking out into the trees at the rear, which was so peaceful and relaxing. Both swimming pools are great, kids loved the slides. Pools are within easy walking distance together with other amenities and a small on-site shop.

Not a lodge fault but the one negative is that you have to book online or in person to use either swimming pools, you can't just turn up and gain access.

The hot tub was lovely, the facilities such as washing machine was a nice bonus

There was a lot of dust, dirt and hairs in bath and shower, the main bed had a bobbly sheet and hairs were also all over it which was put right the following day.

The hot tub on the ample balcony was a treat and was lovely and clean. The cabin felt very spacious and comfy - perfect size for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The washing machine was a blessing since we were swimming at the resort a few times. Beautiful location (stunning views from the balcony as in 2 of my photos!) - we kept remarking how we lucked out getting the best, most picturesque section of the resort - would love to return! The contact we had for the trip was very helpful and sorted a couple of issues we had promptly. Thank you! 😊

There was quite a lot of debris under the sofa and beds that we noticed only when we were checking we hadn't left anything at checkout, but this is a note for the housekeeping staff rather than the owners.

Spacious, clean, tidy, lovely views.

No fish slice! Trying to turn fried eggs with a spoon and fork is an art! The frying pan has seen better days, food kept sticking one side!

Location and park very good. Lodge was nice.

The mattress in the main bedroom was too hard for us, and the children found the mattresses in their rooms were soft and springs stuck in their backs. The mattresses need replacing. It was a shame because the lodge itself was well furnished and spotless.

The resort has wonderful facilities and the staff were friendly and approachable. Lots for the kids to do. The whole resort was well kept and quiet.

The property was dirty, white goods from the listing were not present, stained duvets, broken cooking utensils, mould on placemats and coasters, well worn mattresses with springs sticking into the sleeper, light in main bedroom not affixed correctly making dangerous to use, bathroom paint peeling off wall, bathroom window covered in green algae, masses of dust and dog hair under the sofas and all over the decking, half the jets on the hot tub don’t work, what3words information is incorrect, decking area not swept and outside seating was dirty.

It was cosy & in a lovely quiet area of the resort.

Lacking in some kitchen ware, preparation bowls & oven dishes. Bathroom window wouldn’t close properly so a security risk. Netflix did not work .
