Spacious 3-Bed Lodge with Hot Tub Near Waterpark and Trails

The hot tub was great

The kitchen was poorly equipped and the furniture old and tired

We liked that there was enough for not children to do one being nearly 3, the other 10. Was something for everyone and we loved the hot tub.

It was a little drafty so we felt cold and kept the blinds closed which was fine but was a shame we didn’t have the light coming through

Beautiful lodge, excellent location to all the facilities.

Property had everything that you could possibly need (we were particularly impressed with the vast range of games, toys and dvd’s etc-perfect for rainy days) and the hot tub was a lovely treat. Also when we reported that a coat rack had come down from the wall maintenance were easy to contact, responded straight away and fixed the issue in a very short time.

We were without internet access for 24hrs and although we contacted the help centre who said that they would send maintenance round to help nobody contacted us back or came to resolve the issue. We did find the camera outside very intrusive as well, particularly as it directly faced the hot tub.
