Spacious 3-Bed Lodge with Hot Tub Near Waterpark and Trails

Lovely spacious lodge with everything you could of needed. Close to all the amenities and a great site.

Close to centre of park so short walk to amenieties but down a steep hill.

It wasnt made clear when booking that using the leisure facilities and spa facilities were not included in price. 3 day gym pass with kids pool (which was hot noisey and loud music - strictly for families only) is £25 per adult. Plus use adult pool which is in spa was another £25 each! So as 3 adults wanting to gym then swim was an extea £50 each. Plus outside pool was closed as term time even though it was baking hot.

The chalet was spacious with a sunny decking area..the resort was surrounded by woodland,.great for walks and runs.

It would have been helpful of the resort had an app to be able to see what bookings we had made at what times. The Retreat restaurant food was very average and overpriced.

Great location, close to all the holiday park amenities. Lovely view. Great hot tub. Really spacious accommodation.

everything the sound of birds in the morning the quite the standard of accommodation very relaxing .

Needs a new double bed mattress needs replacing. Needs new clock in kitchen too

“The top of the wardrobe was very dirty, and the doors leading from the living room to the balcony do not open. The bathroom tap is loose. You have to pay to enter the swimming pool. When I went to the swimming pool, they were using half of it for swimming lessons, and there was no chance to swim in the remaining half

Self Catering which was good and excellent games and tech.

Oven and pans were very dirty. Very hilly and with bad knees could not walk anywhere. Also not all the jets on the hot tub worked which they knew about but failed to mention.
