Monica and Rolf were humble and they have looked after a special piece of aotearoa ,caring for it and respecting it like it is their,.nga mihi nui kia Korua,tihei mauri Ora, Rolf and Monica,kiaora and haere ra from matiu and christie.......xcxxxxx

Everything about it was lovely to our room, location and the hosts were really lovely too they made us a loaf of bread from scratch and there home made jam was AMAZING!! I would highly recommend on staying here to anyone....1 of the best places I've been too.

There was nothing I didn't like everything was amazing.

We liked everything. Monica and Rolf are great hosts and brought in fresh baked bread when we arrived. Setting is lovely. The unit is very comfortable. Nice spa with robes provided. Definitely recommend this place. Only a 10 minute drive to Omokoroa.

Well, what can I say about the property and the owners, Monika & Rolph?! Swiss-Kiwi Resort is an absolute gem of a place. It was the best property we’ve stayed in on all of our travels over the years. We were so well looked after, from the fresh eggs from the chickens to the bread and desserts cooked by Monika. Nothing was too much trouble and you can tell on meeting them that they love hosting and getting to know their guests. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. It was in a great location to explore the Bay of Plenty beaches and only 1 hr from Hobbiton and Rotorua. The gardens and hot tub were superb, which we made full use of. We feel like we have made friends for life. Thank you to Monika & Rolph for making it a Christmas we will never forget.
