Cosy 3 bedroom home in centre of Brodick

Property is located in front of the seafront, very spacious, clean and lots of activities within the property for the children to do, board games etc. the highlight of our stay was the fact my 3 nephews were really hoping to find a pool table in a local bar as they love to play a game of pool, and low and behold there was a pool table located in the property, it made their stay and was the highlight for us. Overall the stay was amazing, it was a very special trip to Arran for us as it’s a sentimental place, in which my late brother and uncle went to many times, we took my brothers son with us to show him why his dad enjoyed it so much, he had the best time and the fact the property was beautiful just made the stay even more special, thank you.

We had to move the coffee table from the living room as we had my 1 year old nephew staying with us too, and he fell against it and got a bump on the head. This is no reflection of the property itself, however I did have to move it to a different room to prevent this happening again.

Fantastic location and everything you could need for a comfortable stay; the kitchen was very well equipped! Spotlessly clean and friendly, helpful owner. Great location, right off the ferry. Warm and cosy, my older boys loved the pool table and the dogs loved the beach walks. We would definitely return here and can highly recommend this spacious holiday cottage.

Great location close to the Main Street in Brodick. The facilities were good. It had an enclosed parking area and garden.

No bathroom upstairs.

The house was spotless and well equipped. There was a gate which was very useful for keeping our dogs safe in the yard. There was good enclosed private parking for our vehicle. The owner was very responsive to any queries we had.

The only small downside was that there seemed to be no way to dry our wet clothes on rainy days

Cottage was so delightful, we have booked to stay again in November.

Location very central and close to amenities. Plenty of space. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked in general ( crockery, pots, glasses, cutlery etc) and with extras (salt, pepper, tinfoil, kitchen towel etc). Also good sized cooker, fridge and freezer. Comfy sofas and televisions with chromecasts. Big entrance hallway with lots of hooks for coats. Secure garden for dog. Never needed to phone host but number provided if needed. Communication good with host prior to holiday.
