"Spacious warm house in centre of Brodick"

Lovely clean warm house in the centre of Brodick so were able to walk about and not need to use the car everyday. Nice walks for the dog.

One of our group slipped on the stairs at the top and wrenched her knee. Its an old house so the stairs are steep with no half landing. Just be aware I think and use the handrail. Maybe a nonslip rubber tread strip?

Kitchen well equipped and nice living area

Slope out of downstairs bedroom needs non slip surface. A tumble drier would be useful. Maybe make it clear that both bathrooms are downstairs.

All was clean and ready for our arrival. Location in the centre of Brodick was perfect. In the middle of all shops but just enough off the road to be nice and quiet.

No bad comments at all.

Steep narrow staircase to the two twin bedded rooms (with no toilet facility upstairs.) Main bathroom - shower was over bath.
