Sage House - City centre Hanley, Alton towers

Didn’t have the key to lock the actually front door just the porch, didn’t have key to open door from converstory to garden, was another door by toilet but was out of the way, would been nice to let breeze in to living room as was hot. Wasn’t a lot of stuff in kitchen didn’t even have pair scissors to cut open some baby food packet. Wasnt very “homely”.

The house was a great size, bedrooms had plenty of space and storage and the location is perfect for any events at Fenton Manor located on a cul de sac so little outside noise. Local supermarkets only 5 mins away. The welcome pack of fresh towels, tea coffee and biccies were a nice touch!

The house was very hot, over the warm weekend it was a bit uncomfortable at times. There was not a great deal of cutlery or crockery in the kitchen which would have been a nice addition.

Hot water in bathroom was not working properly Dryer was faulty

Very clean and good TV facilities

Not enough towels, cutlery and just enough plates and the hot water soon ran out. The area felt a little unsafe but that’s not anyone’s fault.

Lots of room nice and clean. Lovely garden

Beds were a little small

Lovely and spacious. Close to the theatre we were going to.

The matress was too soft for my comfort

Modern and clean, quiet location, parking

Could do with mirrors in the bedrooms and a bedside table, better equipped kitchen
