Sage House - City centre Hanley, Alton towers

House was a very decent size. Plenty of space etc. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Few things could make this property perfect. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be useful along with a bedside table and lamp. These are only small things but things we noticed that were used to. Another small suggestion would be to have instructions left in the property on how to operate any/all appliances. Some were self explanatory but at same time we didn’t want to fiddle around in case we caused any issues.

We received a message with details of Key code & Wi-Fi code quite early in the day. This settled us knowing we didn’t have to faff about when we were ready to arrive at the property, Communicating with the host was a breeze, effortlessly pleasant… The house, too big for 3 people but awfully nice to have the space! Great place for a large family that’s for sure .. Lounge & kitchen quite spacious and bedrooms are a good size.. Toilet/bathroom/kitchen are clean and tidy.. ***Would we stay here again in the future? Yes most definitely! *** Thank you to the host I wish you well 🙂

Spacious, clean

The rooms were very large and the toys in the conservatory were a nice touch. The back garden was a nice space as well. The sofa in the living room was comfortable and there was plenty of space.

Maybe swap one of the rooms to twins rather than 3 doubles, especially to appeal to families but it's a small point in a good property
