Clean and tidy, everything you need including a little welcome selection of coffee/tea biscuits etc. Location good for Uni graduation, easy straightforward instructions for entry and leaving, literally everything is thought of when n̈eeding home from home. Fantastic stay.

The house is located near Hanley city centre, only 10 to 15 minutes walk. It was very clean and spacious.

Everything was good except no shampoo and shower gel provided. They might be somewhere but I couldn't find them definitely.

No mirrors in bedrooms, could not get TV channels, plug in Bath too small.

Nice place and clean.

Bed for 2 was a little small, only one small bath towel for 2 have to get 2 lagers form shop..
