Sage House - City centre Hanley, Alton towers

The property was very clean and had a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer which is always handy when travelling with children. The host was very responsive and I didn’t have to wait long for the answer; a selection of coffee, biscuits and water were available on arrival. The bedding was freshly washed and smelled really nice.

I would welcome a welcome pack with the information, i.e. WiFi, password, nearby amenities, instructions on how to use appliances. The property is obviously a rental property and doesn’t necessarily feel like home from home; for example, I missed a bedside tables with table lamps, blackout curtains, and I feel that it should also have TVs in the rooms, some, not all. There is only one TV in the living room and when you travel with kids it would be helpful to have a TV in the bedroom too. Also, I think that the pillows should have protective cases for hygiene purposes.

Could have done with tv in bedroom as kids (14 & 9) couldn’t have their Xboxes on. Also plug in bath was too small so could use bath.

Very nice property. All fairly new. Nice little welcome package. Beds very comfy. Let us check in early which was very welcomed. Would happily stay again.

Really spacious property great communication from host and nice little extras in the kitchen keeping the kids happy comfy beds and nice bed linen with great little garden space 😀

The conservatory was very hot and we couldn't open any doors or windows as they were locked with no key bit of a fire escape issue rooms could do with a bedside table and lamps
