"Excellent"

The bar staff were superb - welcoming, friendly, so helpful, efficient and professional. They really do make The Old Bell as good as it is. The room was so comfortable - warm (January!), large and spotlessly clean. I really liked staying at The Old Bell and look foreard to staying here again whenever I am in Warminster.

Generous tea and coffee selection in room, super clean room and bathroom, nice shower.

Mattress was a bit hard and there was a sporadic rumbling in the wardrobe all night long (no idea why, possibly pipes behind/underneath) - room 102. I had a good night's sleep though, despite this!

Staff were extremely helpful. Good food eventually.

Waiting 45+ minutes for breakfast. Trouble makers in bar 2 out of 4 nights.

Breakfast was delicious and served very promptly as was our evening meal

In the bedroom the curtains were hanging off the rail and the carpet had a big stain as If something hot had burnt the surface of the carpet.Not attractive to look at.Eq
