"Bon emplacement mais cher par rapport aux prestations."

L’emplacement.

C’était notre quatrième séjour dans des logements proposés par VTZ, les deux premiers dans un appartement de la rue Prudencio. Les deux derniers dans celui de la rue Alfonso I. Nous avons payé le prix fort pour 3 nuits et deux occupants (les 3 derniers fois nous avions voyagé en famille : 4 occupants au total). La différence par rapport au confort du logement de la rue Prudencio est flagrante. Le matelas et les oreillers n’étaient pas à la hauteur (le matelas était penché vers la gauche, je suppose que dû à l’usure de celui-ci ou du sommier penché vers la gaucheCette fois-ci on nous a refusé un double des clés.

El lugar

La ducha. No está sujeta. No tiene soporte. Hay que sujetarla con la mano. Difícil ducharme. Si bien hay cafetera y no faltan elementos de cocina. No hay ni una cápsula de café de cortesía. En otros departamentos que he alquilado hay, y se agradece.

"Excelente ubicación"

Ubicación excelente, estaba limpio y la atención fue muy buena por parte de todo el personal.

La cama de la habitación está en muy malas condiciones. No es nada cómoda y menos para pasar varias noches. Deberían cambiar el colchón ya! Se escucha algo de ruido pero no llega a ser insoportable para dormir.

Suciedad... Rodapiés en muy mal estado ... Suciedad en esquinas... Reparaciones en baño muy mal hechas con silicona mal echada y sucia... Marco de la puerta baño en mal estado... Cortinas parecen sucias y sobre la cama una manta con un aspecto de sucia con muchas pelotillas. También tuvimos q volver al hotel para pedir una manta q no tenían y nos proporcionaron un edredón ( q finalmente no utilizamos) Pero esto debería estar en el apartamento por si acaso. No ponen champú ni gel.

La ubicación

Tenía la cafetera estropeada y la tapa del bater rota. Después de insistir mucho des del minuto 1, no vinieron hasta el 3r día de estar allí. Me lo arreglaron al momento en cuanto pedí la hoja de reclamaciones.
