"Lage top, aber im Sommer viel zu heiß"

Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind schön und das Bett sehr bequem. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist im Sommer einfach viel zu heiß. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und auch keinen Mückenschutz, um die Fenster gut zu öffnen. Wir konnten kaum schlafen, es waren über 30 Grad. Auch fehlt es an Sichtschutz an den Fenstern, so dass man vom Innenhof bei offenem Fenster ins Schlafzimmer und Bad schauen konnte.

Struttura carina e centralissima. Host accogliente e disponibile. Il soggiorno è stato breve e abbiamo usato la struttura solo per dormire.

Avrei apprezzato che l’host fosse stato più trasparente sul malfunzionamento della doccia. Averci fatto aspettare 10 minuti fuori, prima del check in, per metterci dello scotch isolante, non è stata una bella idea. Sono cose che possono accadere, basta dirci di usare solo il doccino e avremmo capito

"There are better choices in lacation."

It was super clean with full kitchen facilities.

It was ultra varm, der were not cooler but fans which were so noisy. Double seng was not comfortable.

"Wonderful location!!!"

Wonderful apartment. In a quiet location, but a five-minute walk from many bars and restaurants in a wonderful neighborhood. When you open the bedroom window you are immersed in the smell of Jasmine. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. There is a magnificent garden in the building. The host Giuseppe was very kind. We are extremely happy with our stay in Bologna and that we chose this location. I highly recommend it!

There's nothing we don't like.
