The Worst homeowner ever, he cheated me, and don’t want to refund me.Now he is not answering me.We Slept in our car all night in the cold.he don’t wanted late ckeck-in. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

Host was really nice and helpful. The location of the flat was excellent for shopping, great food and bars, and nightlife nearby - and only 10 min walk from the center of Bologna. The flat was quiet, cosy, modern, comfortable and clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

Apartment has a convenient location, near pubs, shops and restaurants. Newly renovated, with all necessary amenities.

Our host was really flexible. We could stay a bit longer after the official check-out time, which was helpful for us. The location of the flat is perfect and the table outside is also nice to sit.

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to the town and close to nice restaurants and bars. Despite being near everything, the apartment is quiet. The apartment itself is cozy and reasonably clean. Everything is quite new. There are both a rain shower and a regular shower, and the water pressure in both is excellent. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. I can recommend it.

Check-in could have been smoother. I didn't receive information in advance about how to get the keys. I asked if early check-in was available, but they said 3 PM was the earliest, and I was fine with that. However, I didn't get the apartment number where I was supposed to be at 3 PM. I called them, and someone answered with poor English, making me unsure if the number was even correct. In the end, I managed to get the full address, and a lovely person was waiting for me and walked me through the apartment. They only have a fan, not AC. However, the apartment wasn't that hot, even with 30-degree temperatures outside.

The Apartment is just perfect with a great location. Tidy, cozy just like on the photos. It's close to the center, so many nice pubs around but still perfect and calm to relax. Warmly recommend!

Lovely and comfortable flat in a central location . The flat was clean and had everything I needed. The tea and kettle came in handy as I got a bit sick during my stay. I have no complaints about this flat and will recommend it to friends who come stay in Bologna.
