Riebeeck Villa - 5 min walk to Franschhoek Central

The property is lovely. The pool is great. The jacuzzi is wonderful! Beds are comfortable and the linen is so great that I am looking to buy my own. I would definitely recommend and definitely stay again!

The kitchen could be better equipped. The knives are all very blunt, to the point of being dangerous. There are no plastic containers, cling film or foil to wrap up leftovers. These are very small suggestions and not meant as criticisms at all.

Lovely stay with a group of friends. Ideal location. Staff was really kind and accommodating our request for late check in, due issues encountered with our car. We would definitely rebook.

As mentioned from previous guests the switches to operate electrical blinds are slightly complicated. We didn’t use the pool but it was really clean. A few more wine glasses would be useful. :)

Outstanding property and staff. Danai was on hand for all our needs and the property is stunning. Has everything you could possibly want and more. Excellent location as well.

The location was good 5min to the center of town. The house was very well air-conditioned, the bedrooms were spacious and so was the whole house. The pool was clean and pleasant.

The Jacuzzi's water quality wasn't good (smelly), there were no dish cloths to clean dishes and counter tops, not enough toilet paper, one bathroom had mold, the water pressure was low, the lights couldn't dim, the overall cleanliness could have been better.

The hot tub was only working for 1 day Every effort was made to fix it, but it needed a spare part and didn't get repaired during our stay which was a shame.

It was modern, beautiful, and well equipped. Danai our host was absolutely amazing.

Some of the house relied on overcomplicated electronic versions of things that did not need to be, such as showers and blinds. These were fine when they worked, but one of the showers and some of the blinds did not operate electronically and there was no way to override this to manually operate them

Wow it was great

We really enjoyed the space, and the wonderful kitchen amenities. The pool and hot tub were great! All rooms were extremely clean and the space itself is wonderful.
