INLiving space was good.
The stay was not cleaned. The sheets were not cleaned. There were cockroaches everywhere. Our cots were broken. Horrible horrible place. Water glasses had mold in it. Worst stay in our entire vacation in NZ.

NZI absolutely love this place it's easy check in late check out of 11am. The Bed is great I fall asleep so quickly, the street is a quiet family style street. The TV is easy to I feel comfortable & safe warm & it's always clean. It's also close to the cbd but a nice quiet place to chill out. Thanks for a lovely stay A +
Abit better shower pressure would be nice but it's a hand held shower so I just used it that way too get the sosp&sweat off from my day.
AUIt was clean. The lounge room was ok.
It’s an old house that needs a lot of work. The bed was creaky and old and pillows way too small but the bedrooms had what you needed. The hot water in the shower wasn’t strong enough. Not enough cooking utensils. There was a smell in the kitchen. And the lawns needed a mow.

There was a water issue. No hot water in kitchen sink and poor shower water pressure. Advised manager but we had to leave before it was fixed. The front door was really hard to work out initially and took a bit of effort each time to open.
NZWe didnt have to strip beds etc down when we left. Tea/coffee/sugar available. Was handy to shops etc
Shower had bad pressure. Bed in bigger room was broken. Cracked windows. Front door seems like it didnt shut properly so didnt feel secure. No net curtains up so not much privacy.

It needs a bit of general updating, the shower isn’t great water pressure and temperature fluctuates, also the beds were needing some work maybe some mattress toppers and tightening the frame was extremely noisy just turning over
