Felt more like home than a hotel. Nice size fridge

A lot of different smells from other apartments. Furniture needs shampooing. Beds were a little firm. Needs a few cosmetic touch ups and the bathtub reglazed.

Location was convenient to where we went in the city. It was generally clean and tidy. Check in instructions were clear. It was decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable. There was soap. AC worked well.

The parking space was very tight to use. The shower was not working too well because it was not straight but when adjusted straight, there was a big leak shooting out the side. There was also a cockroach in the shower. The biggest issue was the neighbors were smoking marijuana and this odor infiltrated our entire apartment and made it difficult to sleep. I coughed all night.

"Stay away! Do NOT book!"

The property itself was overall ok

The beds aren't comfortable. Bathroom could be bigger. Nothing in kitchen. Barely parking just go to a hotel. Way too expensive. The property owners were so rude to us & hung up in my face at the end of the stay but would not answer the phone to accommodate a late checkout or when we called to okay if 6am was ok since it was our arrival time from home in Dallas. 8hrs & 30min away drive! The cleaners banged on the door at 10:01am obviously if our bags are at the door we were leaving. My family simply was using the restroom and I couldn't locate my car keys. These women stood banging at the door and insisted her boss said we leave so rudely. I stated once I find my keys we would leave! After 11minutes I finally found my keys and the lady slammed the door so I reached out to the property contact again he finally answers! This man claims he is the owner of the company and rudely said 10:01 is after 10am checkout time! We travel quite often and have never experience such rude owners! As a business owner myself and on a personal client level I would never treat anyone who pays money to my business in this manner! I will never book here again & you guys really shouldn't either!
