Convenient location, easy to access. Very prompt response to email questions - responded quickly when we asked about checking in earlier which they quickly agreed to. Beds were very comfy, great to have air-conditioning, high speed internet also great.

快適、ちょうど良い広さ(部屋の中にトイレお風呂あり)、コスパよし、リッチよし、清潔。ベットも寝やすくてぐっすりでした。めちゃめちゃ快適なお宿でした。皆様のレビューにもありますが、もし次小樽行く時も使いたいです。

少し坂の途中にあるので、南小樽駅から行くことをおすすめします。オーナーが海外の方で一抹の不安を感じるかもしれませんが、ブッキングドットコムのメッセージのやり取りは、迅速かつスムーズで大変快適でした。私達の場合はチェックアウトが早かったので、完全非対面でした。

Clean and comfortable house. Ours was a room on the 2nd level. There were 2 or 3 rooms on both 1st and 2nd levels; still, it was quiet and we had our privacy. There was a shared kitchen and dining area downstairs where we sat to eat snacks bought from combini. Though we did not meet any staff/host, they were easily contactable via booking.com and we received detailed directions/check-in info before the stay, and our queries answered along the way. Appreciated that they let us keep the car parked there (small and free parking area behind the house) after check-out while we continued to roam the town for a couple of hours. Great location - Just a short walk to the steam clock/musical box museum.

Carrying our luggage up the steep stairs...but just a small trade off for a comfortable & safe stay.

Short walk to shops, restaurant and canal where we went for flatfish fishing boat trip. Nice drive to Cape Kamui. Staff was helpful even when I asked for a bucket of water to clean the hire car. Parking was at the back of the property.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Nothing to complain about.
