空間寬敞明亮舒適，以4人家庭住宿行李箱都能打開，房間也很乾淨。

沒有電梯，行李須用扛的上2樓，如果行李多又都是女生的話就有點花力氣了～

オルゴール館やLeteo、小樽レンガ倉庫など行きたいところに徒歩で行けるところにあって立地場所がとても良い。

特にありません。強いて言えば、駐車場の整備をしたらいいと思います。
