Ottima la posizione ad un passo dal centro. Stanza spaziosa. Grazie anche per le cose di benvenuto che la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare. Molto gentile e disponibile.

Molto stressante la ricerca del parcheggio. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva ed è un po' antipatico avete il bagno che praticamente affaccia nella cucina. Inoltre l' acqua del bidet non scendeva, tubi tappati. La casa è ad un primo piano ovviamente senza ascensore. Gli scalini non sono molti (credo 20/25) ma un po' alti e strettini.

"Sweet apartment close to old town and beaches!"

I loved staying just steps out of old town in an apartment. It was nice to not be so close to the tourist zone but close enough to walk to everything/ beaches. Great shopping all around. Bed was super comfy and apartment has been recently remodeled. My favorite part were the big doors/windows that opened onto a balcony- with a rack to dry clothes if need. Also- the apartment is a nice short walk from train station. Owner was very friendly and patient with me as I missed our arranged time to meet.

The apartment is very clean and bright.It has everything you need-big bedroom with big wardrobe and dresser.In the kitchen is new fridge,oven and microwave.Bathroom is also realy clean and nice.There is also long balcony -door on it are from kitchen and bedroom. Allesia,the owner,is really nice and helpful.Everything was fantastic.We will recomend this apartment our friends and family🩷

There are no flaws.Everything was perfect.

If you don’t mind staying a little outside the old town in monopoli, this apartment is a great size and has everything you need.
