Great location and everything to make a comfortable stay

All very good slightly struggled with the bath/shower but I believe that’s going to be changed very soon.

Location was perfect for walking to the old centre of Monopoli, harbour and local beaches. Great weekly market, lots of cafes and restaurants frequented by locals away from the old town, everyone very friendly & helpful. Alessia was very welcoming and really flexible over check-in/checkout times. She gave us lots of great recommendations for places to eat and was very happy to share her knowledge of Monopoli to enhance our stay. Comfortable spacious bed, well-equipped kitchen so that we could prepare some meals for ourselves.

A couple of comfortable chairs would be a nice addition to the apartment for watching TV or relaxing with a book.

It was a great experience in Puglia. Alyssia was incredibly friendly and welcoming. And she really cares about making sure your stay is excellent. The apartment is sterilely clean. There is absolutely everything you might need. A comfortable, high-quality new bed, and there is no feeling that someone slept on it before you. There is a balcony connecting the room and the kitchen. А lot of light in the apartment, and it is incredible when the warm wind and sun hit every corner.

Only that you need to leave when your vacation ends

Casa Di Vi is a very comfortable apartment in Monopoli, central to train station, city centre and historical centre. The apartment is clean, has a very large bedroom and kitchen that has everything you could need . The host was responsive and friendly , met us and showed us the apartment and provided and map and suggestions. Would definitely stay again should we return to this beautiful town

Everything ! Fully equipped :) lovely, silent street but close to centro historico. Great contaxr with the owner :) they even Share the Beach towels and umbrella :) Highly reccomended:)

The property is very clean. It is very well located - only 5 minutes walk from the old town - a further 3 minutes from the sea.

The property is small and not built (or decorated) for comfort. For example, there is no sofa in a living space. It is basically a kitchen with a bedroom next door. The balcony is very small. There is no balcony furniture. There was no microwave or kettle and not even wine glasses (we bought plastic ones which we reused and left there). Alessia is a nice lady and I am sure she will take heed of what I am writing here. With a bit of effort, the property could step up a notch. There is a lot of street noise - but that can't be helped in a city centre. The neighbours are friendly, but the chap across the street will complain if you are having a chat on the balcony after 11pm :-).

The host Alessia is very kind and always ready to help! The location is perfect; the kitchen is great and fully equipped. The desk in the room is good both for dining and working.
