The Wifi didn't work.

Location

No AC or fan. Hot was cold and cold was hot indicated on the bathtub taps. Shower in bath. Curtains did not keep out the light at night. Step into the bathroom is dangerous. Indoor design has no imagination and needs to be upgraded.

The location of the venue

Unfortunately, my stay was not a pleasant experience. I stayed for three nights, and for the first two days we were only able to take cold showers because we believed the hot water was not working. A gentleman opened the flat and showed us around upon arrival, but he did not inform us that the hot and cold taps were switched around. I also tried calling the emergency contact number multiple times without success. Only on the third day did someone answer and explain the issue, which could have been avoided if this had been communicated at check-in. The kitchen was also not clean. Several items of cutlery and crockery still had old food residue on them, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, there were no fans in the apartment. Given the very hot weather, the space became extremely hot and stuffy, especially at night during heat waves. Finally, the dining room chairs were all in poor condition. They were unstable, leaning to one side, and some had large cracks, making them unsafe to use. Overall, the apartment did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance.
