"Relaxing stay in a redwood forest near the Eel River."

The cottage is located in a magnificent redwood forest. The grounds are like a park so you couldn't ask for a nicer setting. There is a path to the Eel River where you have great swimming holes and a nice beach.

The kitchen is equipped with very basic cookware. We always bring our own box of cookware and in this case it was most helpful. In general we find it a good idea to bring cookware to vacation rentals. The bed was not comfortable for us. We like a much firmer bed.

"Peaceful, quiet, renewing."

Location was fabulous! Right among the redwood trees and near the river. The little cabin was very sweet.

It would be helpful to provide guests with written directions about how to reach the property. Cell service for GPS wasn't available once in the canyon, so directions would be great.

"Amazing Experience"

Wow, what an amazing stay. The cottage itself is extremely cozy and comfortable with all needed amenities. What made the stay even better was the kindness of the host Samantha. She was very responsive and kind, and even gave a tour of the property to beautiful waterfall. Overall a wonderful experience and I hope to return!
