12e Spacious Cozy Suite at The Venice Mall with FREE Parking and Washing Machine

My friends ang I stayed for 3days & 2nights (July 19-21, 2024) in this apartment unit which we found to be very spic & span with such comfortable homey effect. We arrived exactly 3PM and as promised by the host room was ready and no problems checking in. It was also a plus factor that the residence was connected to the grand canal mall so even when it rained really hard later that afternoon we had no problem with what we enjoy the most. (eating & shopping)😂 The host of this apartment is super attentive and personal to the needs of the guest....very well done🥰 I'd definitely would stay here again.

Highly recommended.. the owner is very helpful, and the space is enough for my family.. very minimalist furnished that's why it makes the space easier for us to move around.

I wish the building reception and the management has a clear communication so the guest won't be waiting for long, it caused us inconvenience at the lobby that took us quiet longer than expected . The reception and the owner must be considerate enough to think that there guest might come from a long trip just like my situation. A smooth transition would be much appreciated.

I like the cozy place with balcony and with free wifi, the place is clean and tidy and the comfort room is also clean

When we enter the room there's a little smell and also there are no tissues in the comfort room but there is liquid soap for hand washing

Nothing good and bad service, most items were not working, late chexk in and early check out. Cannot be recommended!!!

TV and net not working, kettle not working, no soap and shampoo, A/C not cooling well. Linens were very cheap!!! only 2 towels, though you booked for 4. Price is too expensive compares to other unit in the same building, bad service, From the receiption bad services, were told we cannot stay for 4 pax, yet i paid for 4 pax plus child prior the payment. late check in 3pm and forced to check out @11am. Worst place ever!!!
