Location is perfect. Quick access to the mall. Host was friendly and accomodating.

Areas of improvement is the very noisy aircon. Ticking sound never stops. Can't sleep.

I'm glad I found this place. Great location, clean and very responsive. I liked it so much I booked it twice during my stay in Manila. Everything you need is within the vicinity: the mall, the Venice Canal, dining, grocery stores, laundry, and movie theater. I will definitely stay there again!
