Beautiful Walk to French Quarter, Pool, Gym, View

The property was very clean and the owner responded quickly no matter what time.

Honestly there was nothing I didn’t like, just wish the pool was a little bigger.

Amazing location, really spacious and well stocked.

Funny smell in the hallways.

Apartment itself was clean inside. Parking was convenient, after some time figuring it all out. Discounted parking in the building if you ask the host.

Elevators in constant state of disrepair. When we left, ALL elevators were NOT operating, causing us to take all our suitcases and belongings down 8 floors of stairs. Hallway and common areas smell of garbage. Wife felt uncomfortable entering building from the street with a number of folks trying to jump the security on the door at night. The maximum you will get back of your "refundable" security deposit is 96.5% if using a credit card - never experienced that.

They brought 2 cots to the room. 1was very good, the other you couldn't sleep or lay on it. The springs in the mattress were really bad. You should throw it away.

There was something going on in the entrance downstairs … a water leak or something and a bad smell with it and a machine going all the time trying to dry it out. Shame about that cos you arrived to a bad smell and left to the same smell every time you came in or out. Needs fixing properly. The apartment was good, clean and handy for the French quarter.
