Beautiful Walk to French Quarter, Pool, Gym, View

Every thing was clean spacious well located for bourbon Street overall nothing wrong

Wish the pool was a bit bigger but great rooftop view

The thing I liked the most was how responsive the person was who I called if I had a problem. Twice I had to call about things and they answered promptly and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently both times.

Using the door code to get into the apartment - the code worked and turned the bolt, but it was difficult to actually open the door - usually had to try several times and pull and push on the door to finally get it open.

I like that it was walking distance to everything we had planned.

There was a smell when you first walked in the door

There was nothing to like I never got to stay due to the fact you guys never paid for the room , me n my wife was stranded out in the rain for 4 hours trying to find a motel we could afford

I didn't like being stranded out in the rain , with no place to stay even though I paid for a place to stay in New Orleans

Me dieron una habitación que ya estaba OCUPADA, me cambiaron a otra habitación que también estaba ocupada y me cobraron una garantía de $100 la cual nunca devolvieron!

There was no actually 2 full rooms, there was a make shift room

The condo was spectacular. Very clean and welcoming. Everything possible to make our stay the best. The washer/dryer was a big surprise and very much appreciated. Location made it easy to get to the quarter. The best was fresh flowers upon our arrival.
