The location and how much room it had

The only problem i had was my cousin sat on a chair and while she was sitting down, it broke and she hurt herself, but it looked like somebody already repaired it before by adding screws Other than that, everything else was good

Nadia me respondía en ningún momento a mis peticiones. Únicamente pedí que me dijeran la dirección exacta donde tenía el apartamento. No me la dieron, al llegar a las 2 de la mañana porque se retraso el vuelo, seguían sin contestar. Les llame porque whatsap pero no me respondían. Fue una situación muy embarazosa, finalmente a las diversas llamadas me contestaron y me dijeron donde tenía que ir, calle y edificio. Mi inglés no es muy bueno, y me costo bastante. Les pedí que me contestaran con la dirección por whapssap o booking, y no lo hicieron. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable estar a las 3 de la mañana por Nueva Orleans sin saber dónde tienes que ir. Únicamente me dieron la dirección del distrito y unas coordenadas de un edificio que eran erróneas. Ahora ya sé que no puedo reservar apartamentos por booking con seguridad. Ya que en caso de haber tenido otra emergencia nadie me habría respondido. Tampoco es cierto que tengan conserje 24 horas, simplemente hay un vigilante de seguridad en el edificio, pero que no da ningún servicio al cliente.

Great location within walking distance of a lot of attractions.

While getting ready for bed on the first night. Someone was able to access our room and open the door. Come to find out, our room had been double booked and multiple people had access to our room. It was unsettling to know that you have your whole family in a location in an unfamiliar city and there could be other people with access to our room.

Nothing

The communications for getting into the building and the property proper were horrible. The hotel is not secure enough for a woman traveling solo. The door and lock showed signs of not being secure or previously damaged and questionably repaired. And the "clean" room had dirty decorative pillows on the bed. The towels in the bathroom were damp, and the room smelled of mold. I filed a complaint about the conditions of the room. They, of course, disputed my complaint because my booking was considered nonrefundable. They did not offer different accommodations and, in fact, asked me to leave the property, so I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Location and that there were all the necessities for a short stay

Dark and old especially the bathroom shower leaking all over

. Could use some updates to the water damaged looking cabinets.

No breakfast but the location was great!

We arrived after 9pm and had a ticket when we woke up for parking.

I like that it’s very close to the city
