Great location.

The apartment is in poor condition, rips in the floor, mould around the bath. Key collection was awkward, collecting from a petrol station. The instructions on where to collect were not clear.

Nothing

The apartment is very outdated and needs a renovation ASAP. The linen on the bed was dirty along with the bath , the sofa had multiple stains and so did most of the walls. The flooring was peeling up in area’s. The freezer had also frozen over causing the freezer door not to close and a puddle of water to gather. When we arrived both lifts were out of order meaning we had to walk up 9 flights of stairs with all our luggage for the weekend. Once in the apartment we could not access the balcony, we rang the host who eventually answered after 10 calls, he told us we would have to wait till the next day for a lock smith to get keys for the balcony. We even offered to pick the keys up if he had them. We asked for a full refund as we left the apartment and gave the keys back immediately to which we were told we would have to go through booking.com which we have done so however the host has not accepted the request after multiple calls and texts, the host is now not answering any calls, and has not refunded the full cost or our deposit.

Clean spacious and near New St station

The key fob wasn’t far from the property but although I had the address I was initially confused and concerned and couldn’t find it. I had expected that there would be a receptionist on the property. Also the street and street number of the property wasn’t marked. I rang the number that was provided and The person on the phone was as helpful and patient as she could be but because the property is on a busy dual carriageway it was difficult to to hear. I eventually worked out where the ‘Keynest’ was but it was all rather time consuming considering we were there for just one night and had to get to our event. One problem with the chair in the larger bedroom; one of the casters came off when my friend sat down and he nearly fell off. He is elderly so this needs to be fixed.

Good location near New Street station (but therefore very noisy all night, even from the 9th floor)

No curtains, only blinds, so the sun light hits you at 5am and wakes you up. Spring mattress on double bed is caving in and very uncomfortable. Having to walk to pick up/drop off the keys at a service station 10 minutes away was annoying and unexpected, especially if you have lots of heavy luggage.

Great location Good set up with kitchen and sofa couch.

The main bedroom mattress was terrible. The springs and coils could be heard and felt! That’s third world or hostel standards!!! HORRIBLE.
