"Horrible."

The location is central but overlooking a noisy motorway

First of all,I am very disappointed with this booking it is far different from the pictures and I was so bodered as I had to pick up the keys and drop them somewhere else and plan logistics around my busy schedule. the apartment is not well maintained the windows do not close well,the balcony key is broken.the bathroom shower head is not working well and there is no soap or minimum bath products.the smell of the pipes is just impossible to tolerate and it is not at all luxurious.

"Not luxury, broken lock and insufficient hot water!"

Great location, comfy beds.

Door wouldn’t lock so we couldn’t leave the property. Said it was the previous people and they would send handyman the next day at 1pm! The cleaner arrived at 6.30 with plastic cutlery and cups as there wasn’t enough and she got it working. Hot water ran out at 11.30 the next day. No instructions in the flat but repeatedly tried the boost button which didn’t work so no bath or shower for me (nice). Reported it - advised to try the boost which we already had. No contact until the next day. Hot water the next day so timer only set for overnight. No toaster or washing up bowl. Needs some tlc and definitely not luxury. Noisy due to central location.

Location was excellent, comfy beds and pillows. Great to have a little balcony

Only thing was the main light in the living area wasn’t working which we weren’t to bothered about. Maybe floor needs updating as it had lots of damage to one side , but was great value for money

The furniture was well picked and the location was sooo central perfect for our business trip. Contacting the property was really easy, friendly , quick response and we had all the info we needed! Enjoyable experience
