It wasn't clear on booking which apartment was booked, and owners didn't respond when I queried. Luckily the other tenants were there already but would be helpful to have that clear. There was no key to the garden despite being advertised as a garden flat. The basement needs a bit of love, tap in the bath is broken so I had to use the showerhead to fill it. The bedroom blind is broken and the cupboards are a bit dirty.

Absolutely Nothing

This property should be removed from Booking.com. We were unable to reach the host, who consistently sent automated responses and was unavailable when we needed assistance the most. There is no free parking available at the property; it feels like a scam. I received two parking tickets and was nearly warned by the authorities about accumulating points on my license since the hotel lacks designated parking and the host never communicated. Additionally, their BnB advertisement is phrased in a way that makes it unclear where to park during the day. The free parking from 7 PM to 8 AM is available to everyone, providing no advantage to hotel guests. Regarding cleanliness, the property is filthy and unkempt. I had a baby with me and had to prevent them from entering due to hygiene concerns. There were birthday party stickers on the walls, unwashed utensils in the kitchen, balloons, and wrappers scattered about. The beds appeared to have been used, and we found various unusual items everywhere. There were no toiletries, no towels, fewer pillows than necessary, and most importantly, no heating. When I attempted to cancel the booking because I did not want to stay there, the host did not respond. I urge anyone considering a booking here to reconsider. Communication was appalling, the promised manual never arrived and we only got the access information after texting the host. Couldn't access the wi-fi during our stay as no code provided and no response to the request for it. The flat was not the one I booked therefore sleeping arrangements were not as required. The flat we were allocated was filthy - deep grime in the toilets, unwashed plates with food still on in the stacks in the cupboard, rubbish in the bins and squirreled behind the kitchen bin. Cobwebs that are more suited to Halloween decorations and dirty unvacuumed carpet. The hall outside the door to the apartment is stacked with old furniture, the lounge is overflowing with random unnecessary furniture and another TV leaning in a corner. There is not even enough paint on the bathroom walls! This advertised parking is fictitious and it is very difficult to find parking during the day especially when the rugby is on. Don't book with these charlatans!

Parade Gardens Boutique Apartments was right in the centre of Bath!. The accommodation was very spacious, with modern bathrooms, which had the practical amenities one need, a pleasing interior design, functional kitchen (with almost all things you need) and a quiet place. The property had a nice scent from the room diffuser.. The property manager was also really helpful during our stay for all questions we had. I would highly recommend this place.

It would be great to have a clothes dryer at the property as it became challenging to dry clothes since England weather is generally not sunny. Though the sunlight ceiling in the downstairs bathroom was a highlight, it would be good to have an option of closing this as some guests (like us) do not feel comfortable being exposed to be seen. It would also be great to have oven mittens and a small cloth for wiping the kitchen counters and the dining table. In spite of these, I would still highly recommend this place when one visit Bath.

No estuvimos en este apartamento porque estaban acabando de hacer reformas y no estaba listo. Nos dieron un apartamento más grande pero que estaba más lejos del centro.que el que habíamos alquilado.

Teníamos otra reserva de este apartamento del 12 al 14 de septiembre, el 12 de septiembre estaba un montador a las 20h montando la cama principal. Por suerte finalizó y todo estuvo muy bien. La persona de la empresa hizo todo lo posible para que al final pudiéramos entrar el 12 de septiembre.

Läget är utmärkt.

Vi var förberedda på många trappor så det var inget problem.
