Parade Gardens Boutique Apartments- Central, Grade I Listed, 4K TVs, Hidden Views

Location central and the "hidden views" from bedrooms over Parade Gardens lovely.

No day time parking, listing misleading in terms of both parking and size (combining photos of 2 apartments), in need of an electrician to make safe the hall light and wiring under sink. In need of some basic items such as drawers for clothes, kitchen sink plug, washing up bowl, casserole dish, and a cafetiere would be helpful since the coffee machine only makes half a mug at a time. This property (also called the attic) is up 3 flights of stairs. It does have a small round table for 4 people to squeeze and eat a meal but not the space for them to sit comfortably in a lounge, nor does it have any direct access to outside space. The owner also has the basement garden flat with those photos combined in this listing.

Good location

Property was not ready for specified time, we were given notice and told we could leave our things. We put food etc into the fridge that we’d bought. When we came back everything had been chucked in the bin resulting in us losing a lot of money spent on food. When I contacted the owner, firstly was ignored twice then when I received a response it was to ask how much the food was worth, no apology. Once I responded I was once again ignored with nothing back from the owner. Very disappointing

Nicely renovated

Dirty around entrance. Dirty glasses in cupboard. Garden view a stretch, couldn’t look out the main bed window and nothing like the photos.

Nice size , good location

Poor water pressure in the showers , lack of mirrors in the bedroom’s . Garden very overgrown which was a shame as the weather was very warm. We arrived to find someone else was occupying our apartment, it took another 4 hours for our contact to sort the problem and finally get us checked in

we didn't stay in the end...I took one look at the building and decided to look elsewhere. I tried to call the number on the information however I repeatedly got an answer phone,.

Worst accommodation we have stayed in. Photos lie! It was disgraceful. Where to start with this. Rubbish meets you at front door. Then the smell hits you when you open the door. Down the stairs for us to garden view, what a joke! Weeds were higher than me. The smell the damp! Our room had a dehumidifier that had stopped working because it was full. I had to buy air fresheners as smell of damp so bad. Carpets and furniture covered in stains. Weeds on kitchen window. If you were in shower and someone in downstairs bathroom flushed toilet the shower stopped. No point in having two showers as cant be used as same time. Downstairs floor didnt look like it had been mopped in years. No toilet paper or coffee. Outside the apartment door old mattress against wall. Someone else had taken our keys and left other apartment keys. Clearly both sets of keys open both apartments. Dishes still dirty in cupboards. No parking. Really have nothing nice to say about this accommodation

One roll of toilet paper for three people is definitely not enough.

Central location

The showers looked nice but were not powerful enough to have a proper shower (unsure if there is a problem with the water pressure as despite leaving on for a while only slightly more than a trickle). As it says garden view and garden access we were looking forward to sitting outside. However, it was very overgrown and the outside of all windows was filthy (including the sky lights). The double bed has a double base but a queen size mattress on top. The carpets and sofa are light and stained from previous occupants.
