En arrivant au motel, la réceptionniste me dit qu’il n’y a plus de chambre disponible alors que j’avais la preuve de ma réservation avec booking à cette hôtel, j’espère être remboursé et dédommager pour tous les inconvénients, booking pour moi, c’est terminé dorénavant, je ferai mes réservations avec hôtel.com.

Property was tucked in a corner somewhere, and photos of property were misleading, rooms were dirty with roaches, and the floors felt greasy

The service and facility was well below standards. One of the worst staff and locations roaches in the room along with a stench smell. The curtains were off and the place overall was not safe

the lobby and check in were scary. There was a schizophrenic in the lobby talking to himself the whole time. There were many people loitering outside the lobby....not my demographic....it was the cheapest place to stay on short notice...so I understand why
