Property was beautiful and local to the ICC where we needed to be. Very convenient to check in and check out with the key box. A very good option for us and a similar price to a hotel room with one bed.

Nothing to do with the property itself but all the street parking was suspended due to coach parking for the Arena. The £300 security deposit seemed a little steep but I understand the need for it.

The property was in a great location, stylish and had everything we needed , we loved the little extra touches of luxury provided and the communication throughout was outstanding ,the links sent over were very helpful giving us all the info we needed 😀 would definitely stay again 😀

Key safes difficult to use

Too noisy from flat above and street. Suggest double glazing on windows and noise insulation in the roof.

Clean, modern, well equipped, spacious

Had to phone to request bedding for sofa bed as cleaners forgot to leave some but quickly responded and brought some round.

Great location for the ICC. Spacious apartment in excellent order.
