The front desk staff has limited daytime hours. This place is just party central. People up all night screaming and slamming doors. No way to sleep. And you cannot call front desk to complain, no staff at the hotel. I asked for 2 extra towels and they were going to charge me extra. The staff was all rude and have no idea what is going on. They no longer serve free breakfast, however when I booked the room it showed that they do. Worst stay ever. Now a long day and a long drive tomorrow on no sleep.

Somewhat affordable and had rooms available when most other hotels didn’t.

Pretty much everything. The woman checking us in told us we couldn’t do anything we used to do here which was strange because we’d never stayed there before. They don’t give you breakfast they don’t give you coffee they don’t provide anything in the room for you and you have to take out your own trash. Gave us the wrong size bed. TV didn’t work. 20 bucks for decent wifi.

This location is severely understaffed and it shows. Upon arrival at 5pm there were several people waiting to check in to rooms that were not ready yet. The overworked staff was understandably not in the best frame of mind but trying their hardest to be polite (just barely making it). Although the website still says breakfast is available, it is not. "Brand new policy" in place that means no breakfast, sheets and towels are now only changed once every TWO weeks unless you pay an additional fee, and there is absolutely no cutlery, glasses, or anything whatsoever in the kitchenette. Also to note, the air conditioner makes a horrendous racquet and there is not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. I also could not get the TV to work.

Convenient location to U of M and local attractions. The room was near clean & comfortable. The staff that I did encounter were great!

The exterior of the property could use some care in weeding, parking lot clean up, and it would be nice to have a staff person on site at all times for safety, security, and assistance. Being in the first floor as a woman who noted her window had been damaged/tampered with from the outside was concerning.

Staff was nice, and the room was what we expected for the price

The front desk closed at 10pm, so we had to call for the night attendant to let us check in at 11pm. The Wi-Fi is only free for the first device. The rooms were clean (bathroom and bedding) with the exception of blood stains in the carpet next to both sides of the bed.
