Manager marquita, beware she chased me around the hotel recording me knowing I'm handicapped and was crying my eyes out. Discrimination against my service animal not to mention the humility of all my belongings on the curb. The ann arbor police were kind enough to help me move my things in there squad cars because it's considered private property there's nothing they can do but help me move . At the end of the day marquita should be ashamed of her actions oh did I mention while she was chasing me around she was in street clothes no bra large breated and no shoes very unprofessional. Good luck with this lawsuit

The extremely unprofessional manager.

Staff was OK.

For an extended place there were no housewares at all to be used and you needed to buy them. Crazy! Also there was no housekeeping service only once a week. Very disappointing. You could not even pay them to come up and change the bedsheets and towels. You need to come down and pay for a swap of sheets to put on yourself.

you get for what you pay.... is cheap and in good location, do not expect more than that. At the end, was not so bad for the cost If want something better, pay for it...

Nothing about this experience I liked.

There was no breakfast available, you had to pay for kitchen items and extra towels. Our room floor was VERY dirty. I’m talking bottom of your feet is black and dirty. The manager AND employee talked bad about my husband my children and myself. Two days prior to us leaving the night staff followed us up to our room as if they was trying to catch us doing some thing. The day of checkout they harassed us by calling and knocking on the door REPEATEDLY. Then ignored us when we tried to check out at the front desk. I would NOT stay here again.
